ESPN Foil the X-Games Contest

ESPN Foil the X-Games Contest

In a brilliant stroke of genius, ESPN decided to try and foil their own X-Games event. Working with MySpace to create buzz around the anti-campaign, we built a tracking and scoring mechanism for users to use to compete with one another for a chance to win a trip to the X-Games event.

Users would play a series of games on remote sites while we tallied scores on the backend, reported winners on the brand community leader board, and foiled any hacker attempts to cheat the game.

Our Involvement: IA, UI, UX, product strategy, product design documentation, development, gaming platform architecture, database design, creation of all supporting web services and working with client agency for brand consistency.
